« Le thème du mariage sera le violet et le vert, inspiration venue de la vigne. Pour un mariage fin Septembre, c’est très logique! et puis l’automne est là, tout va parfaitement bien ensemble. J’ai bien entendu aiguillé Mathilde sur le liberty, et des violets-verts, il y en a quand même quelques uns. Après avoir trouvé des shorts couleur « Aubergine » de chez Monop, nous avons toutes les deux choisi le Félicité coloris prune. Hélàs, le short aubergine commence au 3 ans, et il y a 2 petits garçons de 2 ans et 18 mois. Short blanc pour eux. On assortira les tuniques. J’ai en stock le tissu félicité prune (devenu rare car devenu « vintage »), j’ai aussi en stock un coupon de 2 mètres d’un tissu Wowo, qui s’avère être presque la même couleur que le short aubergine de Monop. Impec! Mathilde a trouvé du biais félicité à la droguerie. Y’a plus qu’à.
Reste à s’occuper des filles… Mathilde avait choisi la robe DPAM blanche. Jolie, simple et chic. Et qui existe en taille bébé et enfant. Pour mettre une touche de violet et de vert, nous avons choisi l’idée de la ceinture. On est mercredi, et il faut se mettre à faire des ceintures! Je me dis, youpi, 3 rectangles ce sera vite fait. Oui mais non. Une banale ceinture je ne voulais pas, pas assez… pas assez mariage! Il faut un noeud PARFAIT. Et les vrais noeuds faits avec une ceinture ne sont pas parfaits. J’ai repensé à une robe Jacadi de la dernière collection été où la ceinutre était cousue à la robe (comme ça elle ne tombe pas), et le noeud accroché par une boutonnière au bouton du dos de la robe. Quelle bonne idée! sauf que je n’ai pas les 2 autres robes de demoiselle sous la main, et je ne les aurais que 30 min avant le mariage… comment ajuster un noeud, une ceinture? Et puis il faut une jolie ceinture, un peu élargie en bas, biaisée au coin. Il faut faire des prototypes, puis oser couper le seul coupon de liberty que j’ai, et que je ne pourrai pas retrouver avant le mariage! pas d’erreur possible.
Au final, je vais accrocher les ceintures par une épingle à nourrice. Seul moyen pour que ce soit ajusté parfaitement à chaque petite fille. Pour le noeud, un rectangle. Entoilé ou pas?? les 2 petits noeuds n’en n’ont pas vraiment besoin, mais celui de Gabrielle, plus grand, ne tient pas bien tout seul, donc entoilage.
Et voilà. Les 3 filles auront leurs ceintures, leurs robes, et leurs boléro (Zara) s’il fait frisquet. Les 4 petits garçons auront des tuniques assorties, des shorts et de belles socquettes blanches. Il est midi, vendredi, et j’ai enfin fini. Pas en avance, mais juste à temps! Encore le temps pour un latte macchiato accompagnés de M&M’s, un brushing et quelques valises à faire. »
